Instructions for oral presentations:

Time allocated for oral presentation is 15 minutes, including questions and answers. Please, kindly introduce yourself to the session chairs any time upon your arrival and registration, but before the start of the session.

Instructions for poster presentations:

The formal Poster Session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3rd, from 9:00 to 10:30. During this time you are kindly asked to be in the Posters Hall, in front of your poster presentation. You are, however, invited to put up your poster at the allocated place in the Poster Hall as soon as you arrive and register at the desk. Maximum dimensions for poster presentations are: width 85 cm, height 120 cm.
